These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop lifepets.de. The provider is Cold Affaires Ltd, 71-75 Shelton Street, London, WC2H 9JQ, England.

2. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of our products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer. By placing your order, you submit a binding offer. We confirm receipt of your order by email. The purchase contract is concluded with the shipping confirmation.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices include the statutory value added tax. Payment is made using the payment methods offered in the shop.

4. Delivery

Delivery time is usually 3 to 7 working days. We deliver to the countries that can be selected at checkout.

5. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you took possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at support@lifepets.de.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns are possible within 14 days of receipt. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.

7. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply.

8. Applicable Law

The law of England and Wales applies. For consumers in the EU, the mandatory consumer protection regulations of the respective EU member state also apply.
