Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your order, we are happy to help.

Return Conditions

You can return products within 14 days of receipt, provided that:

• The product is unopened and unused
• The original packaging is still present
• You can provide your order number

How to Return

1. Send an email to support@lifepets.de with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. We will send you return instructions within 24 hours.
3. Send the product to the address provided.
4. Upon receipt of the goods, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days to your original payment method.

Exceptions

Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless there is a product defect.
